We have all heard of nightmare projects.  Why?  Are there that many bad builders out there?  

Maybe not.  The current process of bidding and building actually encourages good people to treat each other poorly and to mislead each other in order to protect themselves.  Eclipse has developed relationships, processes, and methodologies to both protect everyone on the project and to encourage them to do their best to accomplish the work  Best of all, the projects can be fun and gratifying for everyone.  

We have developed a unique combination of competitive bidding and an open book management that assures everyone that they are being fairly treated.  Clients get the best of both worlds - a competitive bid, a customized sub-contractor team, and the assurance that the project is being managed properly and fairly for everyone's benefit but be aware - it is not right for every owner nor for every project.  If you are interested in learning more, contact us as early in the process as possible to determine if your project works with our system.  If it is not, we will do our best to point you in the right direction to other qualified builders and to guide you to resources to make your project as gratifying as possible.  If it is, we can explore further whether the project makes sense for both of us.
