Eclipse can be contacted anytime however we prefer to become involved with a project during design, before final drawings are finished.  When we are involved early we can not only help guide the architect and owner on cost and constructability but we can begin to become more familiar with the spirit of the design as it evolves.  In this way we can reduce the overall time it takes to complete the design of the project and more importantly, the bidding and permitting phases of the work.
